How to Track Your Order

- Enter Your Tracking Information: Input your order number and the email address used during the purchase.
- Click ‘Track Order’: You’ll see the latest updates regarding your order status.
Order Status Definitions
Here’s what each order status means:
1. Order Received
Your order has been successfully placed, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly. This status indicates that we are processing your order.
2. Processing
We are currently preparing your order for shipment. During this stage, we may be picking, packing, or preparing your items.
3. Shipped
Your order has been shipped! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey.
4. Out for Delivery
Your package is with the carrier and is on its way to your delivery address. It should arrive soon!
5. Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered to the specified address. If you do not receive your package, please check with your neighbors or contact your local carrier.
6. Returned to Sender
If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issues, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to resolve the issue and discuss the next steps.
7. Canceled
Your order has been canceled. If you believe this is an error or would like to place a new order, please contact us.
